LAG() for Comparisons

Problem

The CFO is analyzing historical pay raises and wants to see how each new hire's starting salary compared to the person hired immediately before them. Return each employee's first_name, salary, and the salary of the employee hired immediately before them (ordered by hire_date). Name it prev_salary.
