Calculating Median (PERCENTILE_CONT)

Problem

Averages are skewed by the CEO's massive pay package. The union requests the median salary instead to see what a typical worker earns. Calculate the median salary across all employees. (Note: standard SQL uses PERCENTILE_CONT(0.5) WITHIN GROUP (ORDER BY salary)).
