NTILE() Function

Problem

The compensation team is placing employees into four salary bands (quartiles) to analyze pay equality. Divide employees into 4 quartiles based on their salary descending. Return first_name, salary, and quartile.

• employee_id (INT): Unique identifier for the employee.
• first_name (VARCHAR): First name of the employee.

• salary (INT): Employee's salary.
